Your time back

messages × 80% × minutes ÷ 60 × £ per hour × 52

BAYi handles about 8 in 10 conversations.¹ We count the minutes you'd have spent on those and value them at your hourly rate.

Refunds no longer issued

faults per month × 95% × average refund × 12

Most faults are fixed remotely while the customer's still in the bay, so you don't refund the hour. Fault figures are placeholders until Bunkerbay's log gives a real number.

Energy, the bonus
